Altstadt Consulting personnel have assisted trial lawyers and their clients in many types of intellectual property disputes. Cases have involved property rights related to patents, copyrights, trademarks, designs and trade dress. Our work has included the calculation of reasonable royalty rates, lost profits due to infringement, convoyed sales, incremental profit analysis, harm to reputation and goodwill, added costs and determination of gain by the the infringer.
